I bought the 500w red and gray model. This scooter is amazing. It came fully charged right out of the box. It comes with everything you need: a charger, extra screws, and a T handle Allen wrench. Assembly was a breeze; put the handle bars inside the top of the tube, tighten 2 screws down and that’s it! I unpacked this scooter and was riding it in under 10 minutes. All you have to do is hold the power button down for 3 seconds located on the speedometer screen, get on, push the accelerator button down and off you go! The screen is big enough and very easy to read. You can change the settings via the power button OR you can download the app and control it all from there. It also has a cruise control option in the app. I wasn’t quite sure about the headlight since it sits high near the handle bars, but it lit up almost the entire road I was riding on, so I had no visibility problems whatsoever. The 10 inch wheels make it sit taller than their 350w models. Also, this 500w model comes with shocks, so it absorbs a lot of the bumps and cracks I roll over making it a more comfortable ride. At 165 lbs, I’m easily hitting 19-20 mph on a flat surface, 21-25 mph down hill (depending on how steep the hill is). The brakes are great! If I’m traveling full speed, I can squeeze the front brake and come to a stop within a second, which gives me a lot of confidence for my son to ride. Overall, it’s a great scooter for commuting or just getting around. It is definitely worth the money in my opinion.

It is foldable and easy to carry around. The max range after a full charge was 11.5 miles which is very close to the advertised one. The max speed is 19 mph which is pretty fast for a scooter. The ride is smooth even on hills or speed bumps due to a strong performance tires. The look and design are okay, but the quality is above average.     Good little scooter that I’ve had for about 6 months or so and I love the 10”solid tires and the 500w motor which will take my large frame uphill at about 19 mph which is a big improvement over the 8” wheels with the 350 w motor. I use it every day and it has lasted through several rainy days and with that my only complaint would be the gaskets which seal the wiring inside the tube constantly come loose and I’m worried about moisture getting in and the charging port is below the deck and the gasket for that constantly comes loose and I worry about moisture getting in the charging port and one time it did give a weird maintenance required light but tha was a few weeks ago and everything seems okay with little to no sacrifice I’m performance. On level ground I can get up to 31-33 mph according to the scooter’s electronic speedometer. Instead of a horn you get a bell and you get one nice big LED floodlight. The brake lights flicker when the line handbrake is pulled. Folds up quickly and fits in the seat next to me (I stand it on its front wheel) on the bus! Pretty heavy though even for me and I’m pretty big and strong maybe not heavy just kinda big and awkward to lug around but for storage and mobility (also fits in most uber trunks) it’s great. Easy to use and to set up I think I just fastened the handlebars on this one with the included tool. Good for teens and experienced adults who can handle that speed though it does have three speed settings but I always have it on Sport which is the fastest setting.
