Why doesn’t the EIOTCLUB APP detect the physical eSIM on my Android phone?
Please tap “Device Compatibility” on the APP to check the supported slot of your phone, and make sure the physical eSIM card is inserted to the supported slot.
Can I delete the eSIM profile and re-download it to EIOTCLUB physical eSIM?
Yes, but there is a limit, usually it can be deleted and re-downloaded to up to 2 times. It is more recommended to disable the eSIM instead of deleting it.
What are the advantages of EIOTCLUB physical esim?
EIOTCLUB physical esim allows devices that doesn’t have esim function to use esim. It can build in up to 9 esim profiles, you will have more possibilities for the use of SIM cards.
